
Athlete Development
My first love was the game.
I never imagined soccer would lead me here. I was just a little girl playing with my family and friends, completely unaware of how deeply the game would shape my life. My mom still laughs when she tells the story of me talking to my opponents more than competing against them. But even then, connection was always at the heart of it all — the connection between me and the ball, and ultimately between me and the world around me.
What began as a game became something much greater. Soccer brought me life.
It cultivated lifelong friendships, led me to my husband — a former soccer player himself — and now lives on through our two daughters as they begin their own journeys in both life and sport. The game opened doors to youth coaching, meaningful relationships with high-performing athletes, and ultimately nurtured my passion for helping others through my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Soccer has been the thread running through every chapter of my life.
It taught me perseverance, resilience, grace, and true mental toughness. But more importantly, it shaped my identity beyond being an athlete, coach, clinician, or parent. Through pressure, expectations, fear, adversity, and the constant hustle to perform, I began to discover who I truly am.
That is the foundation of my work.
My hope is to create a space where athletes feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported — not just through expertise, but through authentic connection, honesty, lived experience, and vulnerability. Together, we work to strengthen mental performance, build resilience, and help athletes grow beyond the game so they can thrive without losing themselves to the pressure.
Mental performance and athlete development coaching is designed to support athletes through the pressures of competition, performance anxiety, confidence struggles, setbacks, identity challenges, and the demands of high-level sport — while helping them grow into healthy, grounded individuals both on and off the field.
